On the morning of November 1, Zhang Tao, secretary of the party group and executive vice president of the Party School of the Henan Provincial CPC Committee, and his entourage went to the former site of the May 7th cadre School of the Central Party School to investigate and guide the work. Meng Qingwu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of the Party School of Zhoukou Municipal Party Committee, and Duan Zhichao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Industrial Group (Farm) Company, accompanied the investigation.

Zhang Tao and his entourage learned in detail about the production and living conditions of the May 7th cadre school established by the Central Party School on the farm. Duan Zhichao introduced to the research team the measures taken by the farm in the protection of historical buildings and the next step in the protection and rational development and utilization of historical building resources.
