2, has a good reputation and sound financial accounting system, has a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, no bad record. Provide financial audit reports for the last three years, as well as tax and social security certificates for any three months since January 2023.

3. The applicant's agent project team is composed of no less than 3 fixed professionals. The members of the project team shall have the government procurement qualification certificate or training qualification certificate, and have the social security certificate that has been paid continuously for one year in the unit.

4. It has a fixed business place in the urban area of Zhengzhou, and has the necessary bid opening and evaluation site, facilities and archives for bidding work.

5. According to the provisions of the notice on issues related to the inquiry and use of credit records in government procurement activities (caiku [2016] No. 125) and yucaigou [2016] No. 15 document, agencies included in the list of dishonest enforcers, parties to major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement that are still in the execution period cannot participate in this selection.

6. The agency has been engaged in government procurement bidding agency business for more than 10 years.

7. Meet the requirements of Article 13 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Management of Henan Provincial Government Procurement Agencies (Yu Cai Purchase [2023] No. 5).

8. Consortium registration is not accepted.

Deadline for submission of 7. warehousing application:

9:00 a.m. (Beijing time) on November 1, 2023 is the deadline for submission of application documents. The application documents shall be made into paper and electronic versions in accordance with the regulations.

The electronic documents are in Word and PDF format. The contents of Word and PDF are consistent. The contents of PDF documents must be electronically signed or stamped with official seal. If a service provider fails to submit an application within the prescribed time and requirements, the selector has the right to reject its application.

The paper version is one original and two copies, both of which shall be bound into a book, marked with page numbers, and marked with the words "original" and "copy" on its cover. In case of any inconsistency between the original and the copy, the original shall prevail; in case of inconsistency between uppercase and lowercase in the original, the uppercase shall prevail.
